TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We charge £80 for the initial consultation with Dr Elisabeth Dancey which is redeemable against treatment cost. This may last up to half an hour. After the consultation there is an option, not obligation, to receive treatment. Half hour consultations with Faye and Jit are free of charge although need to be booked.
Please pay the consultation fee at the time of booking. This reserves your appointment. It is refundable up to 48 hours prior to the appointment date should you wish to change.
Please find attached our price list which is due for payment immediately after treatment. We prefer to charge per session rather than insist on payments for a course. This allows you more flexibility and removes any pressure to receive unnecessary treatment. If you have any questions about the prices please call us to discuss prior to making an appointment.
We are not paid by commission so any advice you receive will be genuine and not a sales push.
Please try not to be late for an appointment, to cancel at the last minute or forget to arrive at all. We understand that our busy lives can interfere with our plans so we will forgive you for the occasional absent moment. However people who cancel at the last minute on a regular basis will be asked to pay for their treatment in advance and that the payment will be non-refundable in the event of change or non-appearance.
Sculptra, the volumising treatment, needs to be made up especially for you and cannot be used for others. We politely ask for a non-refundable deposit of £200 per vial payable a few days prior to the treatment.
All payments are strictly non-negotiable and non-refundable.
COMPLAINTS
We hope that you find our practice friendly, helpful, efficient and above all effective in providing advice and treatment. If you feel that there is any aspect of your visit to Bijoux that you wish to raise then please do so. We hope that a simple discussion will sort out any problems or misconceptions but if this is not the case please address your complaints in writing to Dr Elisabeth Dancey.
As a member of the British College of Aesthetic Medicine we are obliged to provide a standard complaint letter which you may download here.
